We are glad to have you here!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will use this for your training to get started in your new role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is a very simple process, just follow the steps below and you&#8217;ll be on track to your first close!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will be contacting homeowners that could be in varying types of situations. You will be talking to owners of a home that might have someone that has recently passed away, could be a father, mother, uncle, aunt, etc. These individuals will have some kind of distress happening in their life: usually financial like delinquent taxes, code violations, incarceration (jail), bankruptcy, divorce, natural disasters, etc. The home company in the USA will gather all of the data for your tasks. Don&#8217;t be afraid to ask, we are here to help you, so feel at home and start learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Module 1 &#8211; Inspect the homes<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The condition of the house is important to know before we contact the owners. We are looking for primarily homes that look (1) abandoned\/not lived in. (2) Lived in but distressed, messy. We do this by using Google Street View.  Watch the video below to see the process.  (The excel file you will receive will have a column for <strong>street_view<\/strong>.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"980\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1916 \/ 980;\" width=\"1916\" controls src=\"https:\/\/client.rescuerealty.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/street-view-assessment2.m4v\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Module 2 &#8211; Skip Tracing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"976\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1904 \/ 976;\" width=\"1904\" controls src=\"https:\/\/client.rescuerealty.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/Setup-Skip-Tracing-1.m4v\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">   <br>When you get the skiptraced file back, it will show the current owner on record on the first line (the relationship column will say &#8220;<strong>subject<\/strong>&#8220;, also the first column (A) will have the same name listed, until the next record).  In the video the new record is highlighted in yellow so you can see the pattern.  If you need help with this, please contact me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code><\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Module 3 &#8211; Marketing<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section focuses heavily on calling because calling is the fastest way to create conversations. You will learn how to open calls confidently, speak with transparency, qualify motivation, handle objections calmly, and guide conversations without sounding scripted or salesy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will also learn the stacked marketing cadence used for higher-priority records. These are the records with multiple distress signals, possible deceased-owner issues, vacancy, code violations, liens, judgments, or other signs that the situation deserves more attention. For those records, outreach needs to be structured, persistent, and organized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For more normal single-factor records, you will understand how the standard marketing pipeline fits in and how larger bulk campaigns can be tracked inside GoHighLevel\/Google Sheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This section also covers follow-up, reprospecting, recycle, and rehash. Most deals do not happen on the first call, and <strong>many strong records require multiple touchpoints before contact is made<\/strong>. You will learn how to stay organized, add new contacts when the first path fails, follow up with real leads, recycle older prospects, and continue working strong records without letting them disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a conversation turns into an opportunity, the lead needs to be placed in the correct stage, documented clearly, and assigned a next task.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By the end of Section 3, you should understand how to reach the right people, create conversations, manage follow-up, and keep real opportunities moving through the system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal of this section is simple:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Turn records into conversations and conversations into workable opportunities.<\/span><\/strong><br><br>Marketing is not about pitching or pressuring people. It is about reaching the right person, having a real conversation, and understanding the situation tied to the property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The goal is to turn research into conversations and use those conversations to decide what should happen next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The focus is not on memorizing perfect scripts or pressuring someone to sell. The goal is to reach the right person, understand what is happening, identify motivation and family dynamics, handle objections calmly, and create the next step.
